I hate about me pages, I want to be this mysterious person that leaves you wanting more but also I often wear my heart on my sleeve and will tell you everything about me in the first five minutes of meeting…

Anyway, where do I start? My names Sarah (or also known as Sarah Lauren online), I’m 30 years old and living in Birmingham, UK. I work in the Health and Safety industry as a Marketing Assistant and create content as a creative outlet that has become a useful side hustle. After my four year relationship ended earlier in 2023, I’ve yet again found myself at a crossroads of rediscovering myself and on a new journey to self-love and as my current life motto goes ‘fuck it, it’s time to live my best life!’

For anyone looking for the full history of @sarahlaurenblogs, this website was originally set up in 2013 under the name ‘see the stars’ – don’t ask, it was my tumblr username. I’d set the site up as a way to distract myself during my second year at university and since I’ve build the best community of people via my corner of the internet.

I’m typically found on instagram sharing my outfit photos, my recommendations in Birmingham or talking absolute nonsense about my current tv binge watch, and if that’s more your thing, you’re welcome to join me.
