THE BEST HASHTAGS FOR YOUR INSTAGRAM POSTS.

I won’t pretend I know the ins and outs of this and after watching Abi’s insta-stories about how using the generic hashtags doesn’t help with your reach and panicked. So I started to compile this list and looking into how I can make the most of the hashtags available. 

I think it’s a process of trial and error with these things and I’m fairly certain a rule of thumb is not to  keep using the same hashtags over and over again – I think that’s one way to get shadow-banned? Right?  Obviously, it’s not something I’m an expert on but I think thats what people have suggested in the past.

But in an attempt to help myself and you, I’ve got a pretty huge list of hashtags to use on future posts, they’re separated into categories based on niche and including some used by content creators themselves.

I created my own just a couple weeks back (#seethegram for future reference) and I received a messaged from a blogging pal and it turns out bloggers love to use these kinds of hashtags and use it as a way of engaging and finding new blogging accounts to follow, so we’ll all be really happy if you decide to use these in your future uploads,

I have seen a massive change in my instagram since this time last year, I have more time to create and share more regularly and have found that using it as a separate account along side my blog, rather than an extension of my blog has also helped improve my following and engagement. 

I’ve been compiling this list over a few weeks but the plan is to keep updating it throughout, so if you have any suggestions please do let me know.
